Casey our Swedish Boy has gone from strength to strength. It is great to see him running free with the rest of the Barkly crew. He continued his come back to the show ring by gaining his first CC at Driffield Championship Dog Show on the 11th of October 2003. Casey then went on to gain Best in Breed and went Pastoral Group 2 winner.

The Breed judge was Phyll Bailey, and the Group judge was Mrs. Gwen Mogford. A big thank you to both judges for a day to remember for the rest of our lives.

We withdrew Toffee from the show ring after being attacked at Driffield Dog Show by 2 Border Collies as a puppy. She has produced a litter early in 2005 and we felt that the time was right to try her in the show ring again. What a start!.

Judging Appointments future & past for Cathie Whittaker.

Cathie has completed her first championship judging appointment at N.E.B.C.C. Championship Show on November 21st 2004 judging bitches. Her C.C. winner was Bev Cope's brown girl Menander Chocolate Truffle & the Res CC went to Ballantyne & Burns Bustroc Ae Fond Kiss (has since gained her 3 CC and is now a Champion) who both won on their merits on the day. Menander Chocolate Truffle went on to gain her second CC at Crufts Dog Show 2005. She also went B.O.B. & Group 4. Her third CC making her a Champion was gained at Eastern Bearded Collie Association on the 29^th of March 2005 under Ferelith Somerfield.
